September 21, 2008 – Catechetical Classes will resume for children from kindergarten to sixth grade at 9:30 A.M. and will continue to meet each Sunday of the month except for the first Sunday of the month when Generations of Faith for Byzantine Catholics meet at Holy Trinity, Carnegie, PA.
September 21, 2008 – St. George’s Parish Picnic will be held on the parish grounds on California Avenue and this will open the new catechetical school year at St. George’s, Pittsburgh
September 28, 2008 – “Encounter With Our Seminarians” – an opportunity to meet our Seminarians who will be visiting the Parishes in the Central Deanery and at 3:00 P.M. there will be a Moleben and an answer and question session in the Church Hall at St. John the Baptist Church in McKeesport - sponsored by the Western Pa LUC.
